On paper, in plain words
For concierges and agents the three steps above are the whole story. For brokers, family offices and anyone introducing clients regularly, here is the actual paperwork — short, mutual, and signed before any client name changes hands.
NCND first
A mutual non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreement protects both sides before anything else happens. Your client stays your client: we don't approach them directly, and you never have to reveal a name before we've confirmed the client isn't already known to us.
KYC — both ways
We exchange company documents on the same basis: registration, beneficial owners, authorised signatories, bank details on letterhead. Anti-money-laundering rules require it of everyone in this industry; we simply do it once, at the start, instead of mid-booking.
Introductions are registered
Each introduction is sent by email and confirmed in writing with a date and a reference. That reference is what your commission attaches to — no ambiguity later about who introduced whom, and no obligation on either side to accept any particular trip.
Commission in writing, per trip
The amount is agreed in writing before any price reaches the client, and falls due on flights flown and paid in full. After the flight we state the figure, you invoice, payment follows by bank transfer in the currency of the trip.
One thing we put in every agreement because it is true: Avily Lux is a broker, not an operator. Every flight is performed by a third-party operator holding its own AOC and its own insurance, and cleared funds are held before departure — on your trips exactly as on ours.
