These terms govern your use of this website and the flight-arrangement services provided by Avily Lux, a brand of Geobud Group OÜ. By asking us to arrange a flight, you agree to them.
Who we are
Avily Lux is a brand of Geobud Group OÜ (reg. no. 16551883, VAT EE102526424), Vesivärava tn 50-201, Tallinn, Estonia. We are an air charter broker.
Our role
We act as an intermediary. We source and arrange private flights on your behalf; we do not own or operate aircraft. Every flight is operated by an independent, licensed air operator who is the contracting carrier and is responsible for the operation, crew and safety of the flight. Our job is to find the right operator, arrange the booking and look after you throughout.
Quotes and bookings
Prices we give are indicative until confirmed. A booking becomes binding once we confirm it in writing and, where applicable, the charter agreement is signed. The final price depends on factors such as route, timing, aircraft, airport fees, permits and operator availability.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in each quote or charter agreement. Flights are normally paid in full before departure unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to the operator's terms for your flight, which we will share with you before booking. Cancellation charges may apply and can be significant close to departure.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving accurate passenger and trip information, for valid travel documents and visas, and for complying with the operator's and destinations' rules. Additional services we arrange for you (hotels, transfers and the like) may be subject to the terms of the provider concerned.
Liability
As a broker we are not liable for the acts, omissions or performance of the operators and third-party providers involved in your trip. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability to you is limited to the brokerage fee we charge for the booking concerned.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, air-traffic or airport restrictions, regulatory decisions and operator technical issues.
Confidentiality
We treat your identity, travel plans and dealings with us as confidential and share them only as needed to arrange your trip or where required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Estonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
