This policy explains what personal data Avily Lux — a brand of Geobud Group OÜ — collects when you use this site or ask us to arrange a flight, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Who is responsible

What we collect
When you contact us or send a flight request, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email, and the trip details (route, dates, passengers and any preferences). We also keep the messages we exchange with you. If you apply to partner with us, we collect your business details too.
How we use it
We use your data to prepare quotes, arrange your flight and the services around it, respond to your enquiries, keep records of our dealings, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Legal basis
We process your data to take steps at your request and to perform our agreement with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our service (Art. 6(1)(f)). Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
To arrange a flight we share only what is necessary with the operators and ground-service providers involved in your trip. We may also share data with our professional advisers and, where the law requires, with authorities. Everyone who handles your data on our behalf is bound to keep it confidential and secure.
International transfers
Because we arrange flights worldwide, your data may be shared with operators and providers outside the European Economic Area — only as needed to deliver the trip you asked for, and with appropriate safeguards in place.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while we are dealing with you and afterwards only as long as needed for our legitimate business and legal obligations (for example, accounting records), then delete or anonymise it.
Security
We hold your data on protected systems with restricted access, and handle it in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Directive 2002/58/EC.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict its use, and receive a copy in a portable form. To exercise any of these, write to info@avilylux.com. You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
